Reverb KC is the best community to live in, hands down!!!! Their property manager and leasing agents are top notch! The maintenance team is quick, professional and proficient with their skills! Reverb KC has great communication to its tenants, and make sure that they are always going above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of.

There is a lot to like about Reverb. First, it’s located in a great neighborhood. I really appreciate the proximity to many fine dining and casual dining and drinking establishments. Whether you want a James Beard dining experience or a slice of pizza to go. It’s all within walking distance. Although I personally don’t utilize it, the streetcar is a short block away. I also really like the building itself. The building is new, well maintained, and very clean with modern amenities.

I cannot recommend Reverb enough. Everything about our apartment is beautiful and well designed. The community management has created is extremely welcoming! One thing in particular that was the most important to me when finding an apartment was security, and Reverb is top notch when it comes to safety with secure access garage, entry points, elevators, and apartments themselves.
